Inept customer service and broad day light ******* by Vodacom

Vodacom deserves zero stars, how I wish there was that option. I bought 10 gig data for R469x2 on Monday 9 Nov 20 on the vodacom app and the data is not loaded to this day. I further bought 3 gigs for R189 later that day which was not loaded as well. I contacted them and they sent me from Pilar to post without any resolution what so ever. The agents are so arrogant and dismissive without even listening to the customer. I was given the email address *** to send proof payment but I got a rejection reply from that email. I spent R1127 for my daughter to be able to study as she is an online student and we are inconvenienced by people who are supposed to make our lives better in this difficult times. I spent money I don't have and you are goviving me grief. Please load those 23 gigs of data or give me my money back.

Please advise what is due course. My daughter attends online school everyday, where do you expect me to get more money to buy data? It has been more than a week since this happened and my money is in your pocket that is why you have the fat nerve to tell me about due course! NXA!

I wonder when will I be consulted by a so called consultant. You are dragging your feet and that time I need the data for my daughter's exams

Thank you Randall for resolving my query. I am still asking the call center why does it take a person to go to the social media for the query to be resolved where as they(call center) are the first point of contact? It still buffles me!
