Inefficient Vodacom Call Centre Agents
The Vodacom Call Centre agents are inefficient and unhelpful. A simple request to migrate from one package to another has been dragged out. They failed to send me the relevant quote and I had to call them back to follow up. Only to be met with another inefficient call centre agent. Frustrating to say the least.
