Incredible customer service at Vodacom

Upon entry, we were welcomed by the friendly staff of Vodacom. The consultant assigned to us, named Rudolph, greeted us with a warm smile and listened intently to our requests and questions. We told him that we are interested in signing up for a contract. He immediately gave suggestions fitting our price range, and it became clear very soon that we had his full attention and that he is intent on us leaving as satisfied customers of Vodacom. <br> <br> After we decided, he brought up pictures on the Web of the different models and colours of the phone we would buy. He also made sure to add which are currently the most popular and the most efficient. We then signed the contract. After he fetched the phone, he gave a thorough demonstration of the phone and its components. Before we left, he presented us with a parking ticket free of charge and wished us a happy new year. All of this with a warm and welcoming smile. It is really rare to find a person with such passion to keep customers satisfied. We will stay at Vodacom for the foreseeable future!
