Increasing fees on an existing contract

I have 3 contracts with Vodacom and I have been informed by sms from Vodacom that they will be increasingmy ssubscription on all 3 contracts. Is this legal? From the terms and conditions of the contracts I can't find anything that gives them the right to just increase the amount of the contract while it is still running.
