Increasing Bill without Consultation or benefit to the customer
Firstly, Vodacom has increased my bill without prior notification. Secondly, I have signed a 36-months contract in February 2023 for a bill of R517. Six months into the contract you changed the amount without consultation to R550. Thirdly, the increase in bill has only increased in instalment and not adding any additional data or airtime in favour of the client. This is my view is ******** as I have entered an agreement for a certain amount, which I could afford.
The instalment has been increased without the customer (me) benefitting from the increase as in getting more data or airtime. The company (Vodacom) will not accept a correspondence from me if I send them an email stating that from the next month onwards, I am changing the contract and will be paying less. For example: The contract is for R520pm and now I will make it (pay) R500. They will respond indicating that I have signed and agreed to a different which I have to obey. So how is it any different when they do it.
Unhappy Customer
