INCREASED CONTRACTUAL PRICES BEFORE JUNE 2023
Vodacom is a nightmare to do business with. Not a month goes by when l don't have a problem with my account. This time around l notice that my monthly subscription on *** had been increased by R15. Vodacom's SMS send me on the 1 March 2023 states that the increase will only become effective from the 1 June 2023. So why have they deducted R15 increase end May 2023 as l pay my account in arrears. And the same goes for my email account, they deducted R29.00 Vodacom will you please reverse payment and pay my back my R15 plus R29 (R44.00 in total) you wrongfully took from me into my bank account, of which you have on record.

14 Jun 2023, 11:29You have not answered my query. I am not disputing the increase I'm disputing the date you acted on the increase. Your SMS stated that it will start the 1 June, which means l will start paying only from the end of June. But you deducted it on my May 2023 account. Thats my query.
