INCREASED CONTRACT PRICE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION

I was offered a package on Black friday - I have paid for months then suddenly Vodacom changed the packaged without even notifying me and added almost R100 to my bill - for more than 7 months I have paid more that what i should. For the past 2 months I am trying to solve this. A manager called me and said she did see that they have now changed it and they would have to pay me back for all the months they have deducted this bigger amount.. so that never happened!! again this month i saw on my invoices its not rectified!! I feel this is ***** as I was never notified! also i feel that if you agreed on a price it should be the price for the contract terms as agreed!!! CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS!!

Dear Customer, Thank you for the time and effort taken to voice your dissatisfaction to our office. It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation. Please note that we have done our utmost to keep the increase across our contracts as low as possible, and made sure that we have added value to your contract in the form of data or airtime. Price increases are sadly unavoidable, given the circumstances outlined  in the communication sent to you. Regards Consumer Website Team

Best regards,
