Increase without Permission/Notification
I am furious. Livid. I have been a customer for YEARS and have always done your surveys and complimented your staff and 'ways', and have literally just had it with Vodacom. Increased my account by nearly R 500.00 as of 1 March, without any authorization. That is disgusting.
