Increase of contractual price
Please explain to me how you can just change my monthly payment on a contract? This is ********* and *******. We agreed on an amount when the contract was renewed and now you just increase the monthly amount. You either have a good reason for this, show me the T&C's or I will report you to the Ombudsman!
