Increase in tariffs

I, like most people received an email advising that the contract tariffs will be increasing. I am not happy about this at all !!! Vodacom wants to talk about inflation and all that. Well what about the public that has to deal with price increases everyday? We all pull hard to make ends meet and I do not see how this is acceptable. South Africa's telecommunication lines is among the most expensive in the world. I will not accept this as this increase in itself is a breach of contract on Vodacom's part and it is not in the agreement which was originally signed by myself. Vodacom cannot just send out an email and say they are going to increase tariffs without consent, I DO NOT CONSENT!! Sales personnel of Vodacom is in violation of FICA regulations which require them to inform consumers of such stipulations should it appear in the contract.<br> Should my tariffs increase on my contract I will be cancelling my contracts with Vodacom and changing my service provider. Vodacom is going to lose a lot of customers.
