Increase fixed contract price
Vodacom adjusted contract price. I have signed a 3 year fixed contract. They have just send sms they will increase my contract price. I have phoned nothing happened got new bill with higher amount!
Fixed mean fixed! If I can not afford my contract after 3 months I still need to pay. If they need extra money they can not just increase your contract price! This is breach of contract!!

10 Apr 2023, 17:30Well I can not afford it so I wont pay it!!! I also have increased cost due to economy but can not decrease my contract!! If you want to increase you have to give the clieng affordable options!! I will waig for an option at the same price!! I will not pay more!!
