Increase contract line rental without my consent or permission.
I have signed for a 24 month contract "Smart top up S" at a cost of R244.74 for line rental per month excl vat. I am approx 1 year into this contract.
Now suddenly my line rental has increased to R 286.09 excl vat.
How can you increase my contract by R41.35 without my permission and without my consent. I did not sign for this?? this is not my agreed up and signed for contract tariff.
