INCREASE AND NO COPY OF CONTRACT

I will not stop posting complaints.<br> Vodacom is increasing the contract price MID term. load of BS.<br> I requested an original copy of the contract I signed ... now I am told that they do not have a copy of it in their document warehouse.<br> Now I need to go back to the shop I took my contract out at and ask them for a copy?!<br> Why should I? Vodacom ... get your SH*T together. Get me a copy of my ORIGINAL contract.<br> if you can not give this to me - I will cancel my debit order as you have no proof that I signed a contract with you.
