Incorrectly flagged as a non-payer
I have been incorrectly flagged by Vodacom as a non-payer after my modem contract ended, despite informing them that I would not be renewing. This is now negatively affecting my credit score. I have made several attempts to contact Vodacom for assistance but have received no support. I strongly advise against taking a contract with them.

02 Oct 2025, 11:51I just received a call from Vodacom, asking me to provide proof that I called them to cancel my contract. Seriously, how am I supposed to get a voice recording of a call that happened back in February or March?
The contract ended in March/April, yet they’re still claiming i did not pay for data I never received, because the contract had ended. Now, because of their incompetence, my credit record is being affected.
