Incorrect Sim sent with phone upgrades

I upgraded both my phones and they were delivered to my office yesterday (Sony Xperia Aqua). Got home and unpacked my orders and attempted to insert the sim cards sent with the order only to find that on both upgrades, the incorrect sim cards had been sent. Instead of sending Nano sim cards which actually work on the phones, they sent duo sim cards. Common guys, don't you double check orders before dispatching them??
I then contacted the call center last night only to be told that the sales department is no longer available. I sent an e-mail from the web which no-one even bothered to respond to.
I eventually phoned Vodacom myself to inform them of their error and wanted to know how they are going to rectify this as I now have 2 phones at home which I cannot use. The lady stated she is logging the issue and will revert back to me within 24 to 48 hours. I asked her if this now means that this issue would not be sorted before the weekend to which she answered yes - she was following procedure.
If you guys had followed these procedures you speak about to begin with, checked the orders before sending them, I would not be sitting in the inconvenienced situation I am in at present.
