Incorrect sim provided with upgrade

I upgraded one of my contracts last Wed 11 Jan. Phone delivered Fri 13 Jan. Opened up Sat morning and switched on the phone. Started updating software over my Wi-Fi at home. Opened the SIM package and saw I was sent a micro sim as opposed to a Nano sim. Called sales and was advised that I can "break it smaller" so it fits. Explained the difference between a micro sim and Nano sim to the agent. Got transferred to the general que again. Hanged up and called again. Agent told me that they can send me a Nano sim with RAM (as per the normal process), it will take two weeks or so. Advised me to buy a Nano sim and Vodacom would give me the equivalent rand value mobile data. Told her I was not interested - big difference between my R200 and what Vodacom pay for data. End result - cancelled the upgrade. Quicker for RAM to collect the incorrect package in Cape Town and for me to then the next day do another upgrade. #strangebuttrue #processbeatservice
