Incorrect promotion

<p>Hi, around March/ April this year, i logged a complaint which is still not closed. A sales person called me to say that i was getting a free tablet (the nature of this truth was further verified and confirmed by the person who picked up my first complaint) at no extra cost....absoloutely free! I even confirmed this more than once with the sales person. When I received my billing, I picked up that I am charged for data which I never agreed on since March/ April on another new line. This is absolutely unacceptable. When the first person attended to my query, she advised that I must see if I received a tablet. At the point, I did not receive it physically and had to track it down which I did. She said she was going to follow-up but never did. What I cannot understand is why must I even return this in the first place based on incorrect advertising by the sales consultant. Surely the voice recording confirms all this which the other person confirmed. I want this matter urgently resolved and all charges on this new line cancelled and reversed since inception. </p>
