Incorrect Pricing loaded

Did an application this morning and got an email back with a ref number:

my husband went to complete the new deal at the shop and the pricing is WRONG.

please fix my monthly amount as per adverti*****t:

Iphone 6 R199 per month and NOT R275. as per the consultant.

this is unacceptable.
