Incorrect items sent

Hi, I upgraded last week Wednesday, and received delivery Thursday. When I wanted to insert the sim and switched on the phone it said it doesn't pick up the SimCard. I took it out and insert again and it still didn't pick up. When I checked to see what is prong with the Simcard I noticed it is too small for the sim space and the parts that connect with the simcard was damaged. I dont see this as my fault as a Nano sim in my upgrade package and nothing was said to me that i need a microsim adaptor for the NanoSim - unfortunetly not eveyone is educated with this new technology and as Vodacom staff I feel it is their duty to atleast tell us customers about these sim cards and adapters. The people at Vodacom repairs in NewMarket told me they cant help me and I refuse to pay for 24months for a phone that does not work. Please will someone assist me I dont mind if i have to send the phone in for repairs to Midrand (as the guy from NewMarket said it will have to go there) but this phone is brand new it hasnt even been installed and i will not take the blaime for who ever that didnt insert the correct simcard negligence. I always referpeople to Vodacom but if this is the case i wont again!
