Incorrect Invoicing - additional data which was never purchased and failure to relate values back to contract.

On the 13th of October 2019, I received an invoice from Vodacom. Having recently downgraded my red select package to a standard R365.00 a month contract, Vodacom advised me that I would still be liable to pay for the Phone only till my current contract ends in January which will be an additional R400.00 to my new R365.00 contract downgrade which will bring my bill to R765. 00 per month till January thereafter it will revert to R365. 00. I was to receive 10gb free data with my new upgrade. On the invoice however... It shows a purchase of 1gb data for a staggering R500.00 which I have never purchased. To add insult to injury... Just below the page it states that Vodacom have reduced their rates for data to R99. 00 for 1gb.

None of the values displayed on the invoice can be related back to the contract that I signed with Vodacom, I have a copy of that contract on hand. Since it is the middle of the month I chose to resolve this prior to any false amounts being debited from my account, so I called Vodacom yesterday I. E. 14th of October 2019, and spoke to an agent who also was in a state of confusion as she could also not argue that the R500.00 for 1gb was certainly incorrect and the invoice could not be related back to my contract as she confirmed I did not purchase data... (Why would I as I was given 10gb with my new contract?) ... She then sent this query to accounts to resolve and informed me that I would receive a reference number for tracking my query. I have not received a reference nor have I been contacted by Vodacom as yet.

I find it a bit ridiculous considering I pay my Vodacom bill every month without an issue but as soon as I have a query on an incorrect invoice.. Assistance is slow.

Please can someone correct my invoice and ensure that my account is debited with the correct value. I don't expect issues like this on a monthly basis, please urgently call attention to resolve this matter.
