INCORRECT INSTALLATION CAUSES HARDWARE PROBLEM

Samsung suggested firmware upgrade to the latest Kitkat 4.4.4 version on Note 2 (my phone was fully charged). Upgrade was successful (made calls, emails etc after update). 2 hours later got stuck lock screen mode. I did back-up & master reset. After master reset got stuck in start up Samsung logo. At Vodacom still stuck in start-up logo they did a master reset and also said that they will install software. I obliged. Returned phone with scrambled screen\ed for main board. Referred me to Samsung Care Centre. Smsng technician confirmed main board replacement
