Incorrect Information Supp****!!!
Well, thanks Vodacom for you ***********, uninformed and badly trained Call Center agents. My wife is stuck overseas with her phone not being able to do anything except SMS'ing.<br> <br> I phone your Call Center to ensure that my wife will be able to use both her data and being able to call 2 hours before the time (as per the agents advise to do). The guy I spoke to said she needs to sms \roamon"to 123 and put her phone off until she arrives at her destination. She phoned me from a landline telling me that shes not receiving mail and cant phone.<br> <br> After phoning Vodacom again"
