This order by one of your consultants is a total mess.
Incorrect information and supp**** by a consultant who clearly was merely looking for a sale.
Service is totally unacceptable, if this is not sorted out today, you may as well cancel this order!

20 Sept 2023, 20:48Well done Vodacom you have done it again. I received a call from a consultant this morning. However, because the account is in my wife's name I gave the consultant all her details. He promised to call her at 3.30 pm as arranged !
Guess what, nothing, well done Vodacom, so done with this issue.
