Incorrect information received
I reported my phone ****** on the 13 February 2015, I call the call centre to report the matter and to get my phone block and black listed.

I requested that they send me the IMEI number as when I purchased the phone the IMEI number was destroyed in order to open the box.

The call centre agent sent me the incorrect IMEI number and block the wrong phone. Therefore the information I gave to the police was incorrect as well and the information sent to the insurance was incorrect. this has been a massive problem as I need a phone for work and this problem caused by Vodacom has become a problem I have to fix.

I feel its not fair that I have to run around again and go back to the police station!!!

I am disgusted by the service im getting as no one seems to be able to help me all I am being told is to go back to the police station and phone Vodacom with the correct IMEI number in order to block the correct phone. If I had the IMEI I would not have asked for it!!! this is not my mistake but I am made to feel like it is,
