INCORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN

Went to Vodacom Alberton City on the 3rd Feb 2015 to order an IPAD they had stock in the warehouse we were told it will be ready for collection on the 11th Feb 2015. Got there on the 11th Feb 2015 just to be told that there was no stock. We then put an order in for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 on the 11th Feb 2015, they called us on the 18th Feb 2015 to collect, once we got there we were told no stock and it was discontinued. we requested to see the manager on both occasions and he/she was never available or on the premises. <br> My husband was also billed for an extra cellphone contract, which caused problems in my marriage as he only has one cellphone contract. Vodacom acknowledged that this was their error but this incompetence frustrated the situation more. I would like to know if/when I can receive the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 which was promised to me on the 11th Feb 2015.<br> <br>
