incorrect delivery details provided to courier once again despite confirming all the correct details
once again the idiots that were so quick to take my upgrade order, provided the incorrect details to the courier - in particular providing them with a land line number that has not been used by me for the last 20 years that i specifically told them to remove from my records, why they could not just have provided my mobile number astounds me. they also forgot to put my name as a contact so RAM had no chance of finding me. this same thing happened 2 years ago F'n useless is what VODACOM are
