Incorrect Delivery

I orderd th Huawei P8 Lite using the Vodacom website. I received a call 2days later to confirm my order. I receive a call on 30July Thurs to confirm that the phone will be delivered to the next Tues 4August. 4August NO delivery and I called (Call 1) I was told that the phone was NOT EVEN dispatched to RAM Couriers. So Vodacom promised again that I would receive my phone on the Wednesday 5th August. I had no one to accept the phone at this address so I requested Vodacom to change this address, they informed me that I needed to contact RAM couriers. I contacted RAM Couriers (Call 2). They refereed me back to Vodacom to make the request for change of delivery address. I then Called Vodacom (Call 3) to request this address change because the promised date of delivery was not kept. Vodacom requested the address change. Thursday 6th August, no delivery, I called Vodacom (Call 4) and they informed me that RAM did not change the address and the delivery was unsuccessful (I change the address because I had no one to accept the package). 7th August Friday, NO DELIVERY, Call 5 to vodacom, RAM had 2 unsuccessful deliveries and thus cancelled my contract!! They had the incorrect address!!!
