Incorrect Debit Order for Unauthorised Contract
I logged a call with Vodacom on Wed, 03 Feb with reference to a debit order that came off my account at midnight on 02 Feb for the amount of R 865 and again on 2 March for R 865 again. This debit order amount is incorrect. I only have 2 contracts with Vodacom - one of which I took out in December 2015 for my husband at Cellucity in Canal Walk. The 2 active contracts that have been authorized by myself are for numbers: *** and ***. The consultant at Cellucity who assisted me, Gerhard, made a mistake with the SIM swop for the new contract but told us that the incorrect contract (for number ***) would be cancelled. This was not done. I need someone to urgently advise me what needs to be done to cancel the contract that is on my name for the following cellphone number: ***. I do not have a phone for this contract and I do not even have a SIM card for this number. I have spoken to about 15 different consultants at Vodacom customer care and there is a different story every time. I now have 3 reference numbers for exactly the same issue:

o Issued 03 Feb: S3-GM32V-V4WZC
o Issued 02 March: S3-GPU3J-JX682
o Issued 04 March: S3-GPW3J-JY3Q1

Enough now!
