Incorrect debit order
Been an existing customer for some time, I ordered a new router and waited 2 mths before it arrived!! A few day before the stock arrived,an unknown debit order went off and it was in the middle of the month??? So now apparently I cannot get the router as Im a bad payer when its actually due to Vodacoms unorganized debit system as I have never missed a payment before.
