Incorrect Debit

Please Help me as no one in your call centres are able to assist me. <br> <br> I have been debited on my account and amount of R 5778.41. There was a double debit which was sorted out via one refund but I cannot understand why I was debited in the first place as I ported my number in November. Please provide me with a detailed analysis of why I have been charged this amount.<br> <br> The number in question is *** which was a business account.
