Incorrect data allocation on

I upgraded my vodacom contract on the 3rd of November 2023 on sim only deal for R299. I was promised home internet 10mbps with 400GB Fair Usage. Vodacom changed the package to 10mbps with 200GB Fair Usage. I immediately called Vodacom and they said I should call on the 11th of December 2023 to cancel the contract as the upgrade will be reversed. I called back on the 11th of December 2023. Vodacom said my contract has not been reversed, the reversal was cancelled. From what I recall there seems to be confusion at vodacom. I WANT MY CONTRACT TO BE REVERSED AND CANCELLED AND VODACOM SHOULD LISTEN TO THE CALL RECORDINGS. AM TIRED OF HOLDING FOR HOURS FOR VODACOM.
