Incorrect data allocation and correction.
I won 200mb YouTube data to use on my phone. I used the data on the same day by watching YouTube videos. Later on I noticed that the data was not taken from the YouTube bundle and that my normal data was used. I wrote an email query and after confirming my details Vodacom responded that they confirmed the data use and that it was incorrectly taken from my normal data bundle.
Vodacom refunded me with airtime so that I could buy 350mb of data.
