Incorrect billing, incorrect order, continued struggle.

In April 2017 I took out a contract at Vodacom. I said directly that I didn't want a new number, but there was a problem with Vodacom's system (that is what Vodacom told me) and they send me a new SIM card. I cancelled the contract and Vodacom arranged with RAM to come and collect the phone. My debit orders kept going off and I paid for a contract that was cancelled and a phone I didn't have. Since then I've phoned Vodacom a thousand times to sort this out, with no luck. In June I stopped the debit order on my online banking. Vodacom phoned me shortly after and said that my account is in arrears and I must pay the outstanding amount. For five months I've been struggling to sort this out. On the 8th of September they told me they locked a request for an amount to be repaid back into my account. (Ref. Number 1/340 ********** 4) When I phoned on the 15th of September to do a follow up I was on the phone for 2 hours and nobody could help me. The one consultant just put me through to the next one. The one consultant told me that my account is in arrears, I need to pay the outstanding amount and the next consultant told me that there is a credit on my account. In August Vodacom send me a SMS that said: "We apologize for the incorrect billing on your account." When is that money going to be paid back to me? I have been waiting for 5 months now.
