Incorrect Billing for data usage
hi<br> <br> Vodacom has billed me R1057.11 for June 2015 and R2482.37 for July 2015 for my data line which is absolutely ridiculous. They even try to back it up by sending an excel spreadsheet that only they would understand claiming that data has been used at times that I'm asleep and when I'm at work... (my data device is always at home). It has already been 10 days and I have debit orders that are unpaid which is causing me great inconvenience and bad credit rating. Further to this I also noticed on hellopeter.com that I'm not the only person being billed a laughable amount for data usage by vodacom.... PLEASE SORT THIS OUT IMMEDIATELY!!!
