Incorrect billing each month

Since my upgrade in January I have had endless problems with my account.

Firstly in January I upgraded via online site, I received my S7 and Tab 3, less than a week later I sent it back as OBF. I then had endless problems upgrading, eventually after 7 store visits I got my new upgrade to the P9 and had to pay in at the store.

In April I received an SMS stating my Tab3 has been insured without me even requesting it and I was being charged for the handset I returned. I phone the call centre and insurance who said it was fixed. I then received my bill and guess what I was billed. I logged a service request and the agent said I will be refunded in 7 working days an amount of R600. Well I never got my refund and I was told my bill would be credited not my bank acc

This month I get a bill and when I contacted the service desk the said I need to pay R726 after my credit was deducted. Which didn't make sense. What makes me upset is that each time I need to call in and agents ask me stupid questions, like, what do you pay per month, what plan are you on. I was due another upgrade on my data plan but due to vodacoms ****py service I opted to cancel my data contract. Yet again today I was faced with an agent who made me feel like an idiot and it's completely unacceptable.

I need my account sorted out once and for all by someone who actually knows how to treat clients and that is not incompetant
