Incorrect billing and failure to cancel as requested prior to April

A sales consultant calls me in March to migrate my contract. He advises me to cancel the 1gig month to month subscription before 1 April 2019. I call the call centre to do exactly that, I speak to Yandisa who transfers me to Eva. They inform me due to the migration the 1gig subscription cannot be canceled at this point. Im very annoyed at this point and tell them to cancel the 1 gig and the migration and to revert my contract back to its normal form. Eva assures me that it's been logged and will be cancelled. My normal contract is around R160 Added 1 gig is R149 which amounts to R340 something monthly. My bill is R606 for April which makes no sense. The migration was quoted at R387 how do we get to R606? This is what I need vodacom to do cancel everything migration plus subscription immediately as I pre arranged for this in March. Revert my contract back it's normal state. I want nothing to do with the company any longer. I spoke to 4 different people who was unable to assist me. They see clearly on their system that I phoned in to cancel in March but still they cannot tell me what is happening. I refuse to pay R606. Migration which I asked to be cancelled and subscription doesn't add to R606. I feel that there's 2 contracts billed for my 1 contract. I want ITC also updated asap. ******* service I have totally lost all hope in this company. I will finish this contract and go to a better network and I will surely let word get out because I won't allow this nonsense to happen to my friends and family.
