Incorrect billing and debit orders

Since October 2016 I have tirelessly been trying to resolve the following matters without avail:

1. In September 2016 I requested my debit order for the two top-up accounts to be moved to my new account. It is now January 2017. Vodacom is still trying to deduct the debit orders from my old account and charging me penalties for failed debit orders. PLEASE NOTE: SEEING THAT YOU FAIL TO DEDUCT FROM THE CORRECT ACCOUNT, I PAY THIS CORRECT AMOUNT MONTHLY VIA EFT. THEREFORE MY ACCOUNT IS PAID UPTO DATE.

2. Why are you charging me penalties if it your fault you cannot move the debit order? I have phoned multiple times every month, I have been transferred from one department to the next and and have been promised multiple times to be called back - with no feedback or solution to the problem.

3. On 10 January 2017 I got a statement of an outstanding account of R738.80. I already paid my January 2017 account on 15 December 2016 and received a confirmation sms. Where did my December payment go? How come the bill is more than the contract amount for my TOP-UP?

4. This matter of the debit order, ******** penalties, billing mess-up and just absolute frustration has been going on since September 2016. Vodacom is making my credit record look terrible with their incompetence to do basic accounting. PLEASE tell me how long do I still need to fight before we can resolve the matter?!?! Or should I ask another service provider to buy out my contracts?
