Incorrect billing and charges and *********** staff

Absolutely disgusted with Vodacom and their service. They offer a person an upgrade and then they cancel the upgrade services they offer you. The *********** staff cannot follow instructions or log customer care complaints correctly. I want to reverse my upgrade with Vodacom immediately. My cellphone number ***
