Incorrect Billing and bundle

I went to the Vodacom 4U shop in Woodlands Mall, Pretoria on 16 Jan 2016 to cancel a MI 3GB monthly bundle from reoccurring. The consultant ensured me it was cancelled, however it still has not been cancelled and now this month it has automatically bought this MI 3GB monthly bundle. I'm very disappointed as my request was entirely ignored. I specifically asked for this to be removed and it was not done and now the amount for this bundle will be debited over and above my usual debit order at the end of February 2016! This sort of service is entirely unacceptable!
