Incorrect billing
I cant keep querying the same thing with Vodacom and they keep ripping me off. The agreement I had with Vodacom for my new contracts was R229.00, and was told its actually R249.00 which was resolved. Now my statement comes and its R320.00 ex vat. What’s going on? My kids buy data with their airtime but they also keep charging me for it

21 Jun 2023, 13:30No Feedback, I was told that vodacom sent me an increase letter which they never did. they cant proof to me as to when this was sent, I agreed to a contract for R249 and no one told me anything about the increase. This should not affect me
