INCORRECT BILLING
I logged a complaint with Tygervalley Group, no success. Logged a complaint with Vodacom, still waiting on someone to contact me. I AM PAYING EVERY MONTH FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT HAVE, I HAVE TRIED CANCELLING WITH THE CONSULTANT , BUT NO SUCH LUCK.LOOKS LIKE VODACOM/CONSULTANTS SIGN A PERSON UP, ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT GIVE A DAMN WHAT HAPPENS AFTER. LOOKS LIKE I HAVE TO GO AND LOG A COMPLAINT WITH THE OMBUDSMAN, SEEING THAT VODACOM/ TYGERVALLEY GROUP DOES NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
