incorrect billing

vodacom I havent been on this page for a while because I thought you guys have changed but like a cheating partner you havent changed a bit. its also unfortunate for me that is that i have two contracts with you guys. my 082 number is being billed for airtime advance that was never took on the month of december 2018 and now im sitting with a bill of R529.59 to which it must be R408.11. I have been in contact with your call centre and as usual they have been useless.

I even spoke to one of yourv team leader today and well i wasnt surprised when he said he was not trained to assist me but was only trained to manage his stuff. i sooke to him bacause I thought that he may have better understanding to my problem and well he was clueless. he frther told me that the consultant that helped me at first is on lunch break and that he will ask her to call me when she is back, 2 minuts after I hang up the call I get an SMS saying they tried to call me and I wasnt available and to my SURPRISE I didnt get a missed call or anything because I was on my from the minute I hang up to the minute i got the SMS.

I DID not take airtime advance on the month of DEC but to my dismay I am now to be Billed for something I did not take. I spoke to the agent that viewed my december bill to which she then moved my query with ref number 1- ********** ********** which she confirmed that i did not take the airtime advance and asked that i be refunded or the bill to be corrected, this was on the 06 Jan 2019 if I remember correctly. but today i get an sms regarding my bill and i called in got the ****ty team leader who is not trained to help me, then again I further more called in and now im told that I did take about 11 airtime advances, which is bull****.

oh and I am going to HELLO PETER after this with the same matter because you are now ******** us out of our hard earnd cash.
