Incorrect Bill
So today I have been overcharged once more.
On my account: I ********** I was charged nearly R1000.00 for what?? All my packages are top up packages, so what am I being charged for?
My total monthly deduction should at least be R788.01 so why exactly are you deducting extra from my account?
Then every time I log a call back on you system, I am called.. Most of the times no one answers or the call is dropped...
I want this sorted asap.
