Incorrect Balance

I pay my account monthly at Vodaworld but on the statement it shows that my account is not up to date. I said they must cancel my debit order but they are refusing to do so. they are bullying me. I refuse to pay for the arrears, why should I be in arrears why paying monthly. Thanks God Cell C is going to save many clients from this Bully called vodacom
