Incorrect advertising
I recently purchased a new tablet from Vodacom on contract. All the advertising and promotional material fort this device stated a storage capacity of 8GB. The box also states this. When opening the box and using the device, it shows an internal storage of 4GB. I have raised this with the Vodacom outlet and they are not technically trained on this new device to assist me. They liased with Vodacom and they were given the picture of the advert which also states 8GB. I asked the question is there something wrong with this tablet or is it incorrect advertising. I got no answer as yet. I have raised. This with Vodacoms service centre with reference number 000A~AXT0 and being told to go back to the store. I have shown the tablet with its specs to the store. I have emailed the store a photo of the storage space on the device and spoken to the manager of the store, Belinda

The tablet is a Vodacom Power Tab 10 inch.

I need to know why this tablet is not 8GB in storage capacity as advertised. Is this false advertising or is there something wrong with this tablet. Can this tablet be swopped with another or a device that has the minimum 8GB storage capacity with similar specs....
