I am truly disappointed with the repair center. The only thing I took my phone in for was to fix the speaker. But they ended up factory resetting my phone. I had so much information on my iPhone that most was not backed up yet at the time the phone was taken in. They **** and said I didn't switch off I the Find my phone option when I left the phone just to ask for my Apple IS in order to reset the phone. I am truly disappointed and irritated
