Inconvenienced

<p>Reference number S3-GVO3P-PJLKD</p> <p>I found out the hard way that Vodacom never activated the limit on my data package as requested when I took out the contract (please tell me why I would want uncapped data when I have wifi at home and at work). I had to fight repeatedly against a hefty, sudden huge bill on my data contract. Eventually I get credited with some of the amount ('leaves me very untrusting of Vodacom billing going forward). Due to this back and forth, post credit of the amount, I am left with a huge amount still which I called to make arrangements to pay off. My voice line has since been suspended, I am being highly inconvenienced due to a series of mistakes on your side. I am very unhappy, as soon as I can I am porting all my numbers and with that you can lose the relationship that you've had with me for almost 20 years. I will also be sure to let all know of how you conduct your business.</p>
