inconvenience

I made an application for new handset on Monday and i was advised that my handset will be delivered in 3-5 working days only to realize that the consultant i spoke to incorrectly captured my work address.

I called in to update my details on Wednesday as i was told that systems are down and i called in this morning to have my delivery address changed and the consultant did not change my address i only realized that when i called in about 30min ago and now this has become such an inconvenience due to the fact that i was told that my handset will be delivered 24hr and after witch means that it wont even be delivered tomorrow and next week the company i work for is moving and i will be changing buildings that means i have to call in again and update my address witch that will cause further delays unto the delivery of my handset .

I need this sorted out ASAP and my handset delivered tomorrow as i initially requested on Monday.
