Inconsistent customer service

I have a network issue which was reported to Vodacom and they send a technician to come and do inspection to assist me with network booster, the technician called back to update me that vodacom cannot assist me with the request. I currently have five vodacom contract numbers with Vodacom. If this is not enough for your assistance this will probably be the last contracts ill ever have with Vodacom. Ive been using Vodacom for almost 10 years now and they assisted my neighbor why cant you help me.
