INCONSISTENT!
Inconsistency amongst your agents are crazy. After being advised by and agent and in the form of communication I am due for an upgrade from today. Called in and the upgrade agent said he is not sure why the other agent said that to me and why an sms directly from Vodacom say this!!! Let me not start talking about your affiliates such as Elite Mobile. They are even more pathetic. Would like to receive a call so I don't get an I don't know, but actual answers. Thanks
